🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
🚫 No Direct Exchanges
Taminzo does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like to get a different size, color, or style:
- Submit a return request for the original item.
- Once your return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the item you want.
This process ensures proper stock availability and faster handling of your request.
📦 Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Article must be received back by Taminzo within 14 days of delivery.
- Sale, clearance, or customized items are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
✅ Reasons for Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Order was cancelled by Taminzo
- You cancelled your order before dispatch
- Order was delayed and partially or fully cancelled
- Items were missing from your package (reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Your package shows as delivered, but you did not receive it (reported within 24 hours)
- Your return was accepted based on our return policy

🌍 International Orders – Refunds for Product Issues
International customers may qualify for refunds in the following cases:
📌 Requirements:
- Valid order number and payment receipt
- Request submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

Product must be unworn and unwashed
🔄 Eligible Scenarios:
- Incorrect size sent or sizing doesn’t match the website’s chart
- Product doesn’t match the description
- Incorrect item or variation received
- Missing parts/accessories (making the item unwearable)
- Damaged, faded, or broken product received
Note: All refund decisions are made after thorough verification of the issue.
📌 International Shipping & Potential Delays
Taminzo ships worldwide; however, please note that international transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, and regional logistics conditions.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are not guaranteed. Taminzo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or international postal services. A shipment will be considered “lost” after 60 business days from the dispatch date. Refunds are not issued for orders that are in transit or delayed by third-party carriers.
📌 Return Eligibility & Completeness Requirement
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Complete Return Requirement: All returns must include the main product along with any accessories, manuals, promotional items, and original packaging materials.
Returns received with missing components will be considered incomplete and will not qualify for a refund or exchange. In such cases, the item will be held until the customer arranges return shipping at their own expense.
📌 Chargeback Policy
We aim to resolve all customer concerns fairly and efficiently. We kindly request that you contact our support team at contact@taminzo.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank.
Please note that initiating a chargeback for an order that is still in transit or for an incomplete return may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Taminzo reserves the right to provide this policy and your acknowledgement of these terms to the relevant financial institution during any dispute review.
💵 Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- Refunds are only possible to Pakistani bank accounts.
- International payments can be refunded to a local bank or offered as a Taminzo credit voucher.
⏳ Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Taminzo is not responsible for delays from banks in processing refunds.
- Items must be successfully returned before a refund is issued.
- Items not meeting the return conditions will be sent back to the customer.
